At Concierge Rapid Detox, we know that completing detox is just the first step. Lasting recovery requires continued care, thoughtful planning, and medical support that aligns with your long-term goals. That’s why we coordinate your transition to an independent, state licensed residential aftercare and recovery center after your hospital stay, where nursing care is available around the clock. Before discharge, we arrange aftercare and follow-up planning, prescriptions, and next-step referrals. Follow-up care may include medication management, including Vivitrol or oral naltrexone where appropriate, and recommendations for counseling and recovery programs, so you leave with clear guidance for the days ahead.
The residences we refer patients to are state licensed, follow established policies and procedures, and are staffed to care for people who are newly detoxed and in early recovery. These facilities operate independently of Concierge Rapid Detox.
